Project Liaison Coordinator
Overview The Project Liaison is responsible for daily project coordination, which includes and is not limited to: contacting property owners explaining program details, data collection through mail, DocuSign, phone, email etc., assist in the field with difficult property owners and other stakeholders, attend fielding walks and preconstruction field meetings, as well as, maintaining tracking reports and other reporting tools. They will work with staff, contractors and the to support the Outreach group. This position requires good written and interpersonal communication skills, excellent judgement, and the ability to work both independently and as part of various project teams. Experience in real estate, sales, public utility or consulting engineering environments is desired. A notary license is desired. Qualifications
The pay range for this position is $30.00- $32.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162.
