Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Change practitioner to adjust and make corrections when needed Will be trained on the standards and will be expected to follow a quality assurance script end to end When defects or issues are identified, the quality specialist will work with the change practitioner to remediate When not certain if documentation meets the standard, the quality specialist should escalate to a subject matter expert for decisioning Requirements: Detail oriented Data quality and accuracy mindset Comfortable with a repeated process Challenging and escalating when not sure if documentation is in good order Good communication skills especially written Decisioning and escalation to appropriate subject matter expert when needed Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and cut-off times (SLA's) Time management skills Willingness to be flexible with schedule as escalation cases sometime require more focus Able to communicate across and up the organization Able to work independently and is not afraid to reach out for assistance from a subject matter expert Desired skills: Technology background Change management experience at Client or at a financial institution Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
