Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract with our client in Rochester, MN.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in defining and documenting IT requirements for projects developed in our Google Cloud environment. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, and other business units to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Define, document, and manage IT requirements for new projects within the Google Cloud environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and clarify project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
  • Write and maintain technical requirements documentation, user stories, and other related documents to guide project development.
  • Collaborate with Azure DevOps for requirements tracking, prioritization, and project management.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project scope and deliverables.


Required Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in writing technical requirements documentation and associated technical documents.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for requirements management, tracking, and documentation.
  • Experience working within a cloud environment, specifically Google Cloud, is a plus.


Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $40/Hr.

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
