As a member of the Information Management (IM) team, the Development Officer provides advice, support and resources related to applications, data management and other information systems used by colleagues across the Development Office. This position reports to the Associate Director, Information Management. The Development Officer works to support business requirements and specifications for systems related projects and ensures that business needs are met in an efficient and customer-oriented manner. They extract data and deliver reports and summaries using a variety of methods. The Officer also supports the process of pulling mail files, event invitations and prospecting lists, reviews and approves list assets created by other IM team members and supports all email data transfers between Blackbaud CRM (internally referred to as Atlas CRM) and Marketo. The Development Officer supports the planning, managing, analysis and coordination of the data needs for the frontline fundraising teams. They work closely with Integrated Marketing and Communications and Donor Relations, serving as Atlas data liaison and database support. The Officer completes routine database maintenance projects and identifies areas to improve operational and reporting efficiency. Qualifications This position requires 2-4 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. We are looking for someone who has been successful working in a fundraising office or as part of a team in a client-facing or relationship-building role.
