Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedERP Administratorwith a creative mindset and a passion for taking ownership.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP administration and oversight, from foundational knowledge to advanced features. This role requires someone who is familiar with ERP settings, configurations, and customizations, as well as having the ability to integrate ERP's with other third party systems. In addition, the role will require experience with Oracle and Microsoft database systems and strong SQL skills. Minimum Qualifications
- ERP Management:Understand and manage ERP Systems at a foundational level, including settings, configurations, and "enabling features."
- Currently utilize IFS (On-Premise) - Apps10; Field Service Management (FSM) and PSO; BuildOps; Sage Intaact; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); and also Quickbooks on line and Desktop
- Customization:Customize screens and create saved searches to meet specific business needs.
- Dashboard/Lobby Creation:Create and manage dashboards/lobbies to provide valuable insights and data visualization.
- ERP Management:Install, manage, and optimize ERP applications to enhance ERP functionality.
- Bundle Deployment:Deploy bundles to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- System Integrations:Integrate ERP's with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Be able to create simple, custom searches and reports that drive business decisions.
- Security: Implement and enforce policies to ensure the security of the ERP system and data.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between the IT department and business users.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting. Work with ERP vendors to document, test, and resolve issues.
- Software upgrades: Planning, testing, and implement software upgrades and patches.
- Oracle and Microsoft database experience as well as strong SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience:Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, with a deep understanding of settings, configurations, and customizations.
- Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in creating saved searches, managing dashboards, and deploying bundles to production.
- ERP Experience:A minimum of 3+ years of experience with other ERP systems will be considered for this role.
- Integration Skills:Experience in integrating ERP packages with other systems such as Vertex, UPS, and Fedex.
- Creative Mindset:Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ownership:A strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing operations.
- Communication:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand technical language.
Travel Requirements: <10% Office Location or Where Work Will be Performed:
- Prefer on-site at Saint Paul, MN or Oakbrook, IL;
Education/Work Experience:
- Degree in computer science/technical area and over 5 years of work experience.
