Summary of This Role
Monitors the go to market delivery of the assigned product/s or portfolio. Supports and progresses product commercialization planning and delivery initiatives. Communicates and reports the product delivery success criteria, scope, governance, schedule, and budget for Issuer Product Group (IPG) to the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Account management etc.).Develops comprehensive set of reporting tools and protocols to provide senior leadership line of sight to potential risks and opportunities. Where needed, leads effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple stakeholders. Effectively communicates across all stakeholders to ensure program goals, key decisions, and status is clear to all. Runs product delivery planning and closing; from intake to deployment and management.
What Part Will You Play?
- Develops and implements tools and processes for "agile" product delivery. Drives continuous process improvements that enhance business performance, address skill gaps, and achieve established goals.
- Plans and leads delivery of strategic product roadmap initiatives to achieve budgets and strategic outcomes.
- Monitors and evaluates the progress, alignment and financial "health" of the assigned product/s or portfolio. Recommends corrective actions as needed to maintain the viability of successful product delivery.
- Leads analysis of product program data and metrics to drive awareness, measurement, and continuous improvement towards strategic business goals.
- Communicates and reports the program success criteria, scope, governance, schedule, and budget to the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Account management etc.).
- Manages capacity planning and work intake for the assigned product/s or portfolio within IPG. Manages product delivery plans, issue lists, risk logs, status updates and other necessary documents to provide visibility into assigned product portfolio.
- Assesses risks that might jeopardize successful achievement of the desired results of a product delivery, develops risk mitigation strategies and tactics, and implements risk mitigation plans. Commits to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
- Anticipates and proactively removes roadblocks that slow down or prevent product delivery as planned.
- Improves governance policies and processes to bring consistency, efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery and management.
- Develops trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic objectives and optimize product delivery. This may include supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities within the product portfolio.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Typically a minimum of 10 years
- Experience in product delivery/ consulting, preferably within the Fintech industry. Demonstrated track record in product development and/or management in an agile environment , preferably for cloud based SAAS products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university.
- PgMP certification is a plus.
