The Center also conducts work on Latina faculty and on workforce diversity more broadly. At this point, we are looking to hire a junior specialist to join our team. The team consists of researchers at seven universities across the country, led by UC Merced Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Strategy, Christiane Spitzmueller, and Vice Chancellor for Equity, Justice, and Inclusive Excellence, Delia Saenz. The junior specialist role and responsibilities include, but not be limited to the following:

* Coordinate project meetings

* Develop coding and data collection materials

* Work with partner institution coders on executing data collection.

* Develop training materials

* Share website/media content to progress dissemination of project findings

* Conduct statistical analyses

* Contribute to conference paper and publication write-up

* Conduct literature searches

* Contribute ideas to the development and execution of supplementation studies.

* Serve as a liaison between community partners across participating sites.

* Assist in the development of study materials such as recruitment forms, consent forms, IRB applications, and developing online surveys while also managing project personnel meetings/calendaring activities.

* Contribute to the development of new grant application materials for NSF and NIH grants, preparing them well for applications to graduate school.
