We are seeking a talented Sr. Human Resources Business Associate to join our manufacturing plant in Covington, Georgia. The Sr. Human Resources Business Associate at General Mills is responsible for leading the execution of key HR initiatives. Candidates should have considerable knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, including but not limited to; Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights and Project Management. General Mills Covington Plant is a high performing, non-union facility with 475 employees that serves the Cereal and Snacks businesses by making food people love. Our 4-crew high performance work system enables our Technician team members to autonomously operate, troubleshoot, maintain, rebuild and clean their systems. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $79500.00 - $119400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
