Do you possess a comprehensive technical knowledge of the challenges faced by the telecom industry in executing projects, particularly regarding jurisdictional requirements and the electric utilities' pole access constraints? PSE is seeking a leader to supervise technical and project management staff that estimates, engineers and provides project management to meet the needs of customers for the installation of street and area lighting, communication siting, wireless and other related Pole services. This position will manage, direct and control projects that require gaining the cooperation of multiple governmental and community organizations as well as the area's wireless and communication partners and developers. Projects may involve new construction, upgrades, attachments to and modifications of PSE's and customer owned street and area lighting systems and poles. This position will identify the scope of assigned projects and decide logical action to meet project requirements and deadlines by applying general rules, standards and technical guidelines. Ensures project management and quality control processes are implemented consistently across the organization. Coordinates activities with outside service partners and material suppliers and internal procurement and materials management functions. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. The pay range for this position is$80,800.00-$195,400.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
