You'll be managing a team of tenured professionals responsible for the the marketing strategy, design, and execution plan to grow Verizon Business Group's rich portfolio of Advanced Communications, Contact Center, UCC and over the top voice & collaboration products and solutions. These products and services are sold across Business Markets, Global Enterprise, and Public Sector with specialist teams including Consulting Services, Connected Experience Specialist, and Solution Architects. You will lead your team by leveraging market data and insights, Verizon base customer and prospect analytics, customer persona types and other information to develop the appropriate launch strategy for new products and growth/nurture strategies for existing products. You will also serve as the product and portfolio CMO working with the product management organization in the development of the product/portfolio business case, product success key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs). The team under your direction will be responsible in partnership and collaboration with product, segment marketing, sales, and solutions architects to develop product/portfolio value proposition, customer outcome/benefits, VBG's market differentiation, and the channel and digital activation strategy. What we're looking for... You are highly collaborative, innovative, a strategic thinker, with an execution focus that understands what motivates your direct reports and other partners, how to appropriately 'pitch' value to partners, how to establish and grow a partner ecosystem and marketplace. You will be the product marketing leader at Verizon's Advanced Communication solutions. This position mandates strong leadership traits required to not only manage your team, but to also manage senior leaders at Verizon. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $244,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
