Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for leading or supporting several departmental programs and process improvement initiatives, providing business analytics and reporting on key metrics and policy compliance, providing support for financial planning and budgeting, and supporting other supply chain functions - such as sourcing, contracting, purchasing, inventory and logistics - on cross functional projects. Also works closely with the functional managers on communication with the fleet, maintenance of the intranet page, planning and executing training and development opportunities. The SCS Associate III works collaboratively with the Purchasing, Sourcing & Contract Management team, Inventory and Logistics, Legal, and Insurance groups among others to define and drive departmental process improvement projects. Partners with the functional leadership team on procedure, process development, internal controls, resolution of Internal Audit findings and recommendations and maintains a dashboard of all departmental metrics. He/She engages with key plant and corporate personnel to determine their specific needs; collaborates with suppliers to assess emerging opportunities and develops scorecards in collaboration with stakeholders.
