Truck Country, one of the largest Freightliner dealerships in the Midwest, is looking for a Service Manager to join our team in Minocqua, WI. As our Service Manager, you'll oversee and guide a team of skilled technicians, playing a vital role in the performance and success of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage: Direct all repair and maintenance activities for diesel engine vehicles, ensuring our service operations run smoothly and effectively.

Drive Department Growth: Collaborate to expand our customer base and maintain department profitability.

Set and Achieve Goals: Develop, track, and report on performance metrics, including revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Foster Customer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, building trust and strong, lasting relationships.

Team Development: Work with the Training Department to enhance team skills, create retention strategies, and set goals for technician growth.

Schedule and Coordinate: Plan, prepare, and manage work schedules to optimize workflow and productivity.

Ensure Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce all safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace for our team and customers.

Promote Professionalism: Represent Truck Country with integrity and a high standard of professionalism to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Supervisory Experience: Previous experience managing a truck service team.

Familiarity with Procede Software: Strongly preferred to streamline our service operations.

Detail-Oriented and Process-Focused: Excellent time-management skills with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Customer Service Excellence: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

Valid Driver's License
