A Vaco client has recently acquired distressed property assets and is in need of a skilled FP&A Analyst to provide detailed revenue and expense analysis, along with cash flow management and forecasting. This interim role is ideal for an analytical and driven professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. You will contribute directly to building cash forecasting processes and supporting financial decisions that impact asset recovery. Key Responsibilities: Analyze revenue and expenses for distressed property assets, contributing to cash flow management and accurate forecasting. Develop and improve processes for cash forecasting and determining financing needs. Perform detailed financial analysis using advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Clearly communicate findings and insights to support data-driven decisions in a high-stakes environment. Efficiently manage multiple priorities, demonstrating agility in a dynamic setting. Must-Have Qualifications: Strong experience in FP&A, with a focus on revenue, expense, cash management, and forecasting. Proven track record in building and refining cash forecasting processes. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for in-depth financial analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly. Positive, adaptable attitude, strong multitasking skills, and comfort with rapid task-switching. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with RealPage Property Management Software or similar tools. Experience in property management or rental industry settings is a plus. Pay Transparency Notice Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
