Vaco is working with a key client in Scottsdale to fill a Marketing Technology position at their corporate headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for the build, entry, and management of content on multiple corporate websites and digital marketing platforms. You will be involved with content review, routing, building, uploading, and publishing items for our clients business partners and will ensure that content on the site is current, accurate and translated properly. This is an urgent hire and we are looking for highly creative, responsible and organized minds for this client opportunity. The following are essential accountabilities: Acts as primary subject matter expert in user acceptance testing for all digital content and launches. Creates contextually appropriate file types using the Adobe Suite for product launches, events and marketing campaigns. Edits, updates, and reviews existing web content to ensure it meets our internal digital standards. Manages, schedules, and publishes product, informational, and marketing content for various business units and company launches. Enters and modifies text and image content into Contentful, to fit pre-existing HTMP, CSS components or WYSIWYG content model records. Adjusts image resolution and makes necessary modifications to ensure optimal fit for our website. Performs on-site search engine optimization (SEO) and metadata updates on our sites' content on an ongoing basis and identifies new opportunities to improve our on-site optimization. Partners with our compliance department to ensure web content meets compliance regulations. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Knowledge of HTML/CSS concepts. Google Docs, Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel primarily). Highly collaborative personality who likes to take initiative and drive work forward. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop primarily). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google AdWords and SEO/SEM campaigns. Familiar with SEO concepts and SEM campaigns including Google AdWords as well as understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organization, and planning skills a must. Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality. Flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
