Visiting Part-Time Faculty Position in Italian Studies Description The Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a part-time visiting faculty appointment in Italian Studies (https://www.holycross.edu/academics/programs/italian-studies) to begin in January 2025. This is a one-semester appointment to teach one section of Elementary Italian 2 and one section of Intermediate Italian 2. Candidates must have native or near-native proficiency in Italian and English, a PhD or ABD with expertise in Italian language and culture, and experience teaching Italian language at the college level in the U.S. Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field. PhD or ABD in related fields and experience teaching Italian at the college level in the U.S. required.
