As the Senior Associate, Global Mobility, you will provide customer service excellence to potential candidates, employees, and HR Business Partner's for the Global Mobility Department. You will consult on policies and provides analytical & financial support for cost and budget projections; reconciliation of expenditures, development of Letters of Understanding; updating standard operating procedures, and recommending process improvements. You will also be responsible for administering, auditing, approving, allocating, and monitoring vendor expenditures for Global Mobility Department for annual reporting.

This is an on-site role in Racine, WI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare cost estimates and letters of understanding for proposed international assignments and permanent transfers

  • Manage end-to-end processes of international and domestic assignments, domestic relocations, and permanent transfers

  • Provide support and guidance to external vendors in compliance with policies and corporate guidelines

  • Provide customer service and consulting to relocating candidates, employees, and HR Business Partners, including anticipating escalations and resolving issues.

  • Manage projects, policies and processes, and continuous process improvements related to international assignments/relocations

  • Monitor and analyze vendor expenditures and assist with vendor selection cost analysis.

  • Audit, allocate and approve vendor invoices for domestic and international programs (e.g. cost of living data providers, relocation management company, tax consultants, etc.)

  • Calculate and distribute fiscal year-end accrual reports for international and domestic relocation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, General Business, Finance or related field

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in HR, Global Mobility programs, tax, immigration, compensation and /or employer sponsored benefit programs

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills (working with people from many cultures) with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet short lead time deadlines

  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills

  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, with the ability to achieve results and goals through direct/indirect influence

  • Experience working in highly matrixed governance model and in collaboration with HR Service Centers

  • Experience with technical mobility knowledge, a strong financial management background, working with internal and external vendors/partners and mobility tools and technology

  • Cultural sensitivity and diplomacy, ability to negotiate and work comfortably with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time, regular employment

  • Travel 5% of the time

  • Remote work is available for eligible employees once per week

  • This position is not eligible for relocation
