Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Principal Electrical Engineer with experience in Digital Logic and Firmware development to lead technology development initiatives and ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This role involves designing, developing, analyzing, and testing products, systems, or subsystems, with a focus on cost-effective solutions and high-quality outcomes. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting existing systems, analyzing design and test data, and recommending design approaches for electronics systems, including hardware, power, and integrated circuits. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to mentor less-experienced engineers, and a commitment to supporting and reinforcing the organization's mission and values. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
