Seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work with a well - known HVAC and Plumbing organization.
This position is responsible for the sale of service offerings to building owners and property managers, The candidate will be promoting value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. In addition, this person will be building and managing long term customer relationships/partnerships with targeted building owners/managers. Additional Duties * Responsible for customer satisfaction. * Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships. * Execute the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. * Utilize sales tools to plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunity in current accounts. * Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis. * Seek to expand the depth and breadth of all company offerings sold within accounts.
