Our ecommerce client in South Lake Union is looking for a homepage PM for a 6 month contract. This role is expected to be 5 days onsite in Seattle.

Experience running reports and diving into data *Description:* The Discovery team owns the homepage and navigation features for worldwide across mobile and desktop devices. Within the Discovery team, Program Management enables product management and the global marketing teams to operate more efficiently at scale by developing and driving adoption of policies, processes, tools and best practices. We maintain the day-to-day cadence of marketing and business operations, support strategic initiatives and are key partners in Homepage stakeholder management to ensure that we always maintain a high bar for our experiences. Our program team has an an exciting opportunity for a program manager who can help us scale our marketing and business operations to meet the growing needs of the customers and global stakeholders who use our experiences. As a program manager on the Discovery team, you will interact with teams across the company giving you a birds-eye view of a variety of businesses, programs and initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the day-to-day operations of some of the most visible features by implementing large scale process changes and automation initiatives. Homepage Management and Process Optimization : Oversee day-to-day homepage operations, efficiently handle partner requests and ticket queues. Authorize permissions and develop streamlined partner processes to remove roadblocks, while also sharing best practices with global teams. * Content Quality Assurance : Ensure excellence in homepage campaigns by serving as a Content Bar Raiser and campaign approver, aligning them with brand/UX standards for impactful execution. Manage the application and training process for Content Bar Raisers among internal employees. * Brand/UX Performance Review : Manage the Flag & Fix processes, tracking reported defects on the homepage. Analyze trends within issues and update processes to ensure optimization. Share learnings with broader teams to resolve issues and mitigate future risks, thereby elevating campaign quality on web, improving overall page CTR, and enhancing customer experience. * Performance Data Analysis : Regularly review partner campaigns on the homepage to ensure a high CTR and evaluate the performance of marketing teams with homepage access. Using data-driven insights, identify optimization opportunities and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, driving increased engagement and conversion rates. * Project Management : Ensure the Homepage Performance team manages and performs tasks within team SLAs, overseeing the project management tool to ensure timely completion of tasks for partners. Provide regular status updates, enhancing project visibility and increasing stakeholder engagement. TEAM: The Discovery & App Experience team owns some of the most highly trafficked experiences, which includes the homepage and site/app navigation features for worldwide across desktop and mobile devices.
