Capacity Management Analyst- Westwood (Fixed Hybrid)

Description

The Capacity Management Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, guidance and support for all provider templates and provider utilization reports. The analyst will provide suggestions with regards to provider templating, decision trees and scheduling workflows to review and interpret provider utilization, assess impact on patient access, and assist with recommendations to ensure the best practice guidelines are being followed. Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for template design and build through analysis of provider utilization reports.
  • Apply skills and professional clinical application concepts for medium to large-sized projects of all levels of complexity.
  • Works closely with Director of Capacity Management to coordinate build implementation guidelines.
Must be able to work onsite 2 to 3 day a week

Salary range: $ 68,800- $141,000

Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, healthcare IT, business, or related field, and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, with knowledge of template design, construction, functionality, analysis, and capacity optimization.
  • Proficient in EPIC (EMR).
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and software, research methods, and techniques for monitoring and evaluating data and workflows. Able to analyze complex issues and contribute to their resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues, identify problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple interrelated tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information or problems objectively and draw logical conclusions to make recommendations, as well as produce substantial reports to resolve conflicts.
  • Proven ability to create professional presentations, reports, correspondence, and summaries in a well-organized format.
  • Ability to think proactively and work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Academic institution or large integrated health system experience
