Summary:

In this role, you will use and develop knowledge of Sg2 analytical tools and intelligence offerings focusing on health care strategy. You will provide guidance to providers on health care trends, emerging clinical developments and provide solutions to questions to assist with program development decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure providers receive value from Sg2 growth and performance analytics and intelligence resources through the creation of presentations and analyses.
  • Assist with the onboarding and continued training of Sg2 providers.
  • Manage and maintain provider data in Sg2 analytics portal.
  • Develop expertise in the growth and performance improvement opportunities driven by Sg2 analytics and thought leadership along with the underlying data, methodology and metrics.
  • Develop relationships with Sg2 providers to elevate service delivery effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with account team members and internal resources to address and answer
  • Leverage analytics and intelligence resources to advise Sg2 provider of their strategic questions.
  • Work collaboratively with Strategic Analytics Directors and stakeholders with the client service organization.
  • Advise and provide guidance and mentorship toproviders independently.
  • Track Sg2 provider interactions in the Sg2 CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in health care management or MBA a plus.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in health care, consulting and/or strategic planning required.
  • Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to manage several projects/clients simultaneously focused on quality, timeline and customer service required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and address technical and data issues required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Project management and solution delivery experience in health care, operations management or consulting preferred.
  • Experience with health care data (ICD-10, CPT, DRG) within a hospital, health care payor, or health care services organization preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
