Director Operations Rural Health

The Director Rural Health Operations provides leadership and direction for the practice management activities of the multiple divisions of INTEGRIS Health Medical Group (Primary Care, Specialty, Hospitalist, Corporate Services, and Managed Services) including business, financial, strategy, personnel, and operations. The Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to enhance healthcare delivery in rural and underserved areas. The Director will work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance health outcomes and service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of rural health issues, policy development and program management.

Job Qualifications:

* Master's degree in healthcare administration or related business field or ability to achieve within 12 months of hire and 4 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare environment.

*Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related business field and six years of progressive management experience in a healthcare environment.
* Experience in a clinical setting preferred

* Strong understanding of rural health issues, policies, and healthcare systems.

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
