The Center builds these partnerships by supporting community engagement, offering training and technical assistance, and providing evaluation and research services. Essential Job Duties |
We're looking for someone to design, refine, and deliver high-quality training materials that engage both online and in-person audiences. If you're skilled in instructional design, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, revise, and maintain engaging learning content for online and in-person audiences
- Facilitate live online training and tech support via Zoom
- Design assessments, surveys, and course content aligned with policy and funder requirements
- Conduct editorial reviews for accuracy, branding, and consistency
- Oversee course support in Moodle, including learner communications and quality assurance
- Manage updates for social media, website content, and bi-monthly newsletters
- Stay current on tech tools for adult education and support intern onboarding and training

Qualifications
Minimum Experience/Education |
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
Other Required Qualifications |
- Skilled in content editing for style consistency and accuracy, with a background in online course development and instructional design
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Experience creating adult learning courses and assessments grounded in adult learning theories
- Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and basic HTML
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite for photo, image, and video editing
- Proven success in facilitating online and in-person learning events
