Intern, Project Management, Cardiac Safety

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shadow Project Management staff and perform designated tasks in support of study set-up, monitoring, and closeout.
• Assist with documentation management for paper and electronic study files.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including report generation/review.
• Perform study archiving activities.
• Gathering and archiving project documentation
• Verifying project study files

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
• Perform other duties, assignments or special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (business, project management, life sciences, etc.).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite are minimum level required; familiarity with other systems, especially databases, would be very helpful). Ability to learn new systems is required.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
