Our team is led by a high-energy, dynamic hiring manager dedicated to developing people, where the company culture emphasizes rotating high-performing individuals every 2+ years to cultivate future leaders. In this role, you'll focus on analyzing and compiling financial and non-financial information from multiple divisions to ensure complete and accurate reporting of the Company's financials to upper management and for compliance with SEC regulations. The chosen candidate will also have the opportunities to lead a rotating internal team of accounting professionals from various divisions in the preparation and filing of the Company's 10Q, 10K, 11K, Employee Benefit Plans, and other SEC documents. This person will also contribute to process improvements and assist with accounting policy updates as needed. This person reports to the Manager of Financial Reporting within Corporate Accounting.
