Overview

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Program Director to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program.

This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area.



Duties & Responsibilities

    Direct and manage all program activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and task execution across all functional areas.

  • Oversee and manage all contractor and subcontractor personnel involved in the program to ensure compliance with PWS requirements.

  • Act as the main liaison for third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with program goals and adherence to JSP standards.

  • Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, JSP, and Federal standards, including adherence to NIST, DISA STIG, and RMF guidelines.

  • Oversee Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) updates and ensure timely testing, deployment, and documentation for all covered systems.

  • Lead the development and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Morning Reports, Meeting Minutes, Financial Status Reports, Quality Assurance Reports, and IPRs.

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of executive-level briefings and monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) detailing program milestones, metrics, risks, and mitigations.

  • Develop and maintain a Communications Plan and Coordination Strategy, ensuring effective communication with JSP stakeholders, customers, and senior management.

  • Provide updates and feedback on program status, risks, and performance metrics to JSP senior leadership, COR, and ACOR.

  • Establish and execute a Quality Assurance (QA) plan to review work products and ensure adherence to technical, security, and formatting standards.

  • Conduct regular evaluations of personnel, processes, and deliverables to identify areas for improvement, re-alignment, or process optimization.

  • Prepare a Program Administrative/Financial Status Report, detailing labor and cost data, budget compliance, and potential funding needs.

  • Monitor and control financial aspects of the program, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with contract CLINs.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Concept of Operations (ConOps), and onboarding and training documents.

  • Ensure all documentation adheres to DoD standards and aligns with program objectives, updating as needed to reflect changes in operational requirements.

  • Oversee network performance analysis, ensuring proactive monitoring and optimization of network components and reporting monthly network status.

  • Manage inventory and property management processes for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), performing audits and maintaining records on system components and bench stock materials.



Qualifications

  • Active DIA adjudicated TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's in IT-related field, master's preferred with 10+ years relevant experience, 5+ years in DoD.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge in planning, directing and managing projects and operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition.

  • Demonstrates experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.

  • Demonstrates experience in procurement of IT hardware and software.

  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, IAM Level II
