In this position you will work with an innovative team at CPKC driving safety accountability and leadership through developing, facilitating, and implementing various safety programs, policies, procedures, and work standards. These eorts will support the CPKC Safety Management System / Hazard Prevention Program and comply with safety and regulatory requirements. This position works closely with the Operations teams to facilitate understanding and compliance to all programs, policies and procedures, identifying and implementing action to improve safety performance ensuring all 20,000+ CPKC employees go home safe each day. Management Conductor Program: Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
