The US Oncology Network is looking for a Change Manager Specialist to join our team at Texas Oncology.

Role Description

Texas Oncology is looking for a Change Manager help Texas Oncology improve patient, provider, and staff experience through a variety of technology initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption of transformation change initiatives.

The selected candidate will support complex projects as part of a change team or a s a change lead for projects in accordance with Texas Oncology and external best practices while working collaboratively with the team. Candidates should have experience in preparing end-to-end change management strategies and plans and can liaise with team members, management, consulting firms, and project teams effectively.


Responsibilities

Change Management Skills

  • Articulate the case for change, evaluate change readiness, execute stakeholder plans and change leadership activities, manage sustained change to deliver value to the business
  • Support cross-functional teams, including business operations and users, through significant change and/or enterprise transformation efforts
  • Measure and evaluating program effectiveness and/or tracking progress towards behavioral change
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills - ability to assess needs, collaborate and deliver practical solutions that drive results; an excellent listener that seeks to understand multiple viewpoints; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving
  • Ability to tailor communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Assist with building strong and trusting relationships across multiple teams and departments and collaborate with business leaders to execute plans

Project Execution

  • Support change leadership workstream working in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment, handling multiple, changing priorities with excellent attention to detail / follow-through
  • Assist with supporting enterprise or function transformation efforts in a change management capacity

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a change management role either as a lead of team member (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change agent network)
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand and identify the connections between specific projects and the key strategic objectives
  • Ability to think through, organize and assist with leading multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience supporting small matrixed teams and experience supporting projects across functional boundaries

Qualifications

Degree, certification and experience:

  • Degree, or equivalent
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci, CCMP, or other related certification.)
  • 3-5 years of experience managing change on large-scale, complex transformations
  • Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology
