The US Oncology Network is looking for a Change Manager Specialist to join our team at Texas Oncology. Role Description Texas Oncology is looking for a Change Manager help Texas Oncology improve patient, provider, and staff experience through a variety of technology initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption of transformation change initiatives. The selected candidate will support complex projects as part of a change team or a s a change lead for projects in accordance with Texas Oncology and external best practices while working collaboratively with the team. Candidates should have experience in preparing end-to-end change management strategies and plans and can liaise with team members, management, consulting firms, and project teams effectively.
