As a Reliability Systems Engineer you would provide vital mission assurance support for Maritime underseas programs in engineering development as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) phases, under the direction of the Lead RMA Systems Engineer and the Program Manager. The RMA Systems Engineer will be required to interact with other OTECH personnel and the client to guide engineering efforts to meet the client's RMA requirements. The RMA (Reliability, Maintainability, Availability) Systems Engineer will provide guidance to engineering design efforts through the development of RMA modelling, block diagrams and statistical methods, and guide the supply support activities with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions) analysis. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Assist the Lead RMA Systems Engineer to identify Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) shortfalls in system level analysis/design and subsystem level predictions as applicable. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AS DIRECTED * Generates user requirements, concept of operations documents, and assists in development of high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Qualifications
REQUIRED: * BS degree in Statistics/Mathematics, Reliability, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Systems Engineering. DESIRED * Master's degree in related field. COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of MS365 products, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, MathCad or other statistical packages.
