The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. The Space Systems Group (SSG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, provides timely and objective assessments and recommendations integrating technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis. We focus on our key clients in the Space community including the US Space Force's Space Systems Command (USSF/SSC), one of the three designated Field Commands under USSF. We work tirelessly to provide integrated solutions based on information and communications throughout the chain of command. We provide clear and consistent analysis and recommendations which are aligned to strategic and leadership goals while balancing the ability to execute on time and on budget within the technical communities. SPA has an immediate need for a Talent Administrator.



Responsibilities

About the Position

Prospective canditates must contribute, participate, and assist with identifying issues, opportunities for improvement, efficiencies, and/or innovation, recommended plans and assist in the execution of approved approaches. Key duties associated with this position include but are not limited to the following:

    E nsure all assigned actions are completed and disseminated to appropriate personnel within timelines and track/account for all actions and taskers using an acceptable method approved by the customer.
  • Develop on-the-job training for government personnel focused on talent management disciplines as determined by the customer.
  • Facilitate contracting and acquisition training offerings with external organizations.
  • Schedule candidate interviews to include but not limited to securing an interview room for in-person interviews, virtual interview space, or conference telecom number.
  • Provide candidates with dates and time for each interview; and assist with processing requests for references, supervisor surveys, and feedback.


Qualifications

About the Must Haves

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 1 year of college (30 credits)
  • 5+ years of experience in Government or Industry DoD Executive Human Resources or 10 years of experience in Government or Industry DoD Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the results of evaluations and analysis
  • Microsoft Office applications expertise
