Maintenance Helper

Pay | $18 - $21.75 per hour

Requirements

• 2 years of a combination of training, education, and maintenance experience
• A valid driver's license
• The ability to read and interpret documents
• Flexible to work overtime when required

Maintenance Helper Duties

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on commercial properties.
• Safely achieve daily assigned tasks.
• Clean properties (ex. trash/graffiti removal, pressure washing, recycling, sanitizing bathrooms, mopping, etc.).
• Maintain repairs inside and outside of the building.
• Paint, change light fixtures, and assist the lead technician with repairs.
• Complete all paperwork/daily logs accurately and promptly.
• Light plumbing repairs.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds.
