Milliman's Seattle Health Practice supports clients in the healthcare industry including health plans, government payers, providers, and reinsurers. We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate various marketing, design, writing, and CRM-related projects, ensuring timelines are met, teams are aligned, and tasks are completed to the highest standard. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

About Our Practice

Milliman's Seattle Health Practice serves a wide variety of organizations, including insurance companies, health plans, state and federal agencies, healthcare providers, reinsurance companies, providers, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and employers. The staff consists of 150+ actuarial professionals in addition to healthcare consultants, IT, Administrative, and other non-actuarial staff.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Coordinate marketing projects:

Plan, organize, and execute a variety of cross functional marketing projects, which includes meeting coordination, driving forward timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication among project team members and stakeholders, project documentation, regular status updates, maintaining issue logs and surfacing potential risks. Projects include but are not limited to:



  • Dynamics 365 Client Relationship Management (CRM) software rollout - including data reconciliation and maintenance, developing training materials, coordinating new user onboarding, documenting best practices
  • Product marketing - including coordinating content publication schedules, email campaigns, collateral development
  • Proposals - including creating proposal outline and importing existing content, content management, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SME), owning compliance matrix
  • Conferences - including coordinating booth set up, supplies, and attendee schedules with other teams and departments


2. Additional Marketing Tasks:




    • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations.
    • Copy-edit marketing content and proposals.
    • Draft copy for social media posts.
    • Format complex Word documents.
    • Polish and edit PowerPoint presentations for consultants.
    • Additional tasks as assigned.


    3. Global Corporate Services Project Coordination:



    • Coordinate handoff for various projects with Milliman's Corporate Services, including graphic design projects, conference booths, product marketing campaigns, Client Relationship Management (CRM) system bulk uploads


    To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

    Professional Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree in Communication or similar field
    • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

      • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination


    • Strong writing skills (writing samples required)
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint (samples required)
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.


    Personal Qualifications



    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A self-starter who follows up on tasks without reminders and promptly distributes agendas, meeting notes, and other project communication.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


    Preferred Qualifications



    • Creative, with experience in design or an interest in developing design skills.


    Location

    This a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work in the Seattle, WA office 2 days per week and may work remotely for the remaining portion of the week.

    Compensation

    The salary range for this role is $61,000 - $85,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a fulltime, hourly, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
