Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for assisting with the process surrounding placing a child in foster care. Provides for the safety, permanency and well-being of foster care clients, serving as the primary link between Centerstone, Department of Children/Families (DCS), foster families, biological families, schools, and services needed. Conducts in home visits and manages issues and concerns of foster children/families, provides linkage and referral to other services and supports to enhance family functioning. The position requires frequent driving to attend meetings, court, visit clients, families, etc. All mileage is reimbursed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or other behavioral health care field preferred. Years of Experience One to two years minimum experience with children, youth and families.
