Job Summary

The Automation Technical Support Intern performs a variety of tasks - something new every day. They will assist the Tech Support team with their day to day customer support duties and assist instructors with classroom preparations and clean up. We look for candidates with a desire to learn and share their knowledge by helping co-workers and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Attend and assist with training classes (classroom set up, teacher's aide).
  • Assist Technical Support Specialist with projects, lab set up and cleanup, locating and transporting demos.
  • Attend customer events such as "Counter Days" and technical presentations.
  • Perform lab equipment demo inventory
  • Order literature
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and Experience: Must be pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in automation, electrical, or related field
