Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Tempe, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Tube Assembly operators perform day-to-day production activities using the most current procedures to maintain production schedules.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
  • This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as needed.
  • Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform visual checks of the product to ensure quality.
  • Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
  • Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 Hours/week 1st shift

Length: Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in reading manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Microsoft Office and operating computers (data entry, email)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
  • Have good problem-solving techniques, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call-offs.
  • Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
