Description Join Our Team as a Picker Acara has partnered with our client to find a skilled Picker in Quakertown PA. The Picker will perform various duties that support the site's OTD targets and is directly responsible for picking parts and providing to packing area. Picker Responsibilities: Picks parts and provides to the packing area. Responsible for upholding quality, safety, and 5S standards. Other duties as assigned Here's what you'll get: Pay Rate: $20.00 p/hr. Duration: Contract-Temp Shift hours: MON-FRI 7:30 am -4:00 pm Location: Quakertown, PA Job Requirements Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalent Basic skills with power tools and hand tools. Ability to use pallet jacks Logistics experience preferred Must be able to stand at a workstation for long periods. Basic computer skills Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow packing work instructions closely Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed with limited notice Background and Drug Screenings are required Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Complete assisted lifts of 35-50 pounds Push or pull containers on a pallet jack Repetitive bending and stooping May require occasional lifting overhead If you're ready to join our manufacturing process as a PICKER, APPLY NOW and help us deliver excellence every step of the way!
