What does a Maintenance Planner do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role, you will be the Maintenance Planner for our production facility in Denver, CO.


Job Details:
Schedule: 6am - 2:30pm (Mon - Fri, some weekends required)

Responsibilities:



  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks (PMs) for all production equipment based on OEM recommendations
  • Create and maintain planned and corrective work orders in CONA (SAP) based on notifications
  • Generate weekly mechanic work order schedules and coordinate these schedules with the production team as needed
  • Consistently coordinate production downtime as needed with the production team
  • Maintain and minimize the work order backlog
  • Develop measurements for tracking the success and timeliness of maintenance activities such as work order completion rates
  • Work with Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Manager to drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes for work completion
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and investigate service reports to ensure corrective measures are in place
  • Ensure planned work is scheduled in alignment with maintenance budget
  • Work with the Maintenance Parts Planner to ensure materials, components, and special tooling required for work orders are correct, available, and in serviceable condition as specified
  • Maintain equipment records, including engineering specifications, manuals, job packages (including parts lists), and repair history
  • Proactively identify potential equipment problems based on feedback from Maintenance Mechanics and communicate needs with Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Manager
  • Perform purchasing and receiving functions in absence of Maintenance Parts Planner
  • Participation in projects as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices and programs



Requirements:



  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Excel and CMMS software. Experience with SAP is a plus
  • 3+ years' experience in maintenance planning preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Base pay range is $28.74 to $35.51 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
