Valiant is seeking a qualified candidate for a Lead Scheduler II at NAS Whidbey Island, WA.
- Leads at a minimum, shall perform management, administration, direction, supervision and resourcing of the Contractor's on-site workforce and enable the workforce to achieve all contract requirements IAW with contract provisions and in a timely manner relative to each task. All Lead members staff shall perform Contractor communication and coordination point of contact support with Government personnel to ensure effective performance of the task order purposes and contractual requirements
- The preponderance of the Leads working hours shall be dedicated to managing his/her department.
- Leads are expected to provide technical expertise in special situations that require advanced technical skills and knowledge.
- Lead shall be trained and provide trained Device Schedulers to support the Fleet Training Center (FTC) during all CTT within the FTC complex, across all P-8ASimulators and Training Devices.
- Using the Event Scheduling Tool, Schedulers will facilitate trainer loading requirements by providing data entry of scenarios based on Squadron requests.
- Schedulers will also assist in the generation of Classified LAN (CLAN) accounts for personnel checking into the FTC based on data provided by the Squadron Security Manager. CLAN accounts will be used for access to training material in the Electronic Classrooms (ECs).
- The Training System Support Center (TSSC) will be operationally staffed and available during all device contracted training time and during trainer maintenance support activities.
- Support will be up to twenty-four (24) hours per day Monday-Friday. All weekend training will be scheduled when known.
- In support of the TSSC operations, Event Schedulers will perform scheduling functions during the CTT.
- Scheduling activities will encompass TSSC, OFT, WTT, and PTT simulators and training devices as well as EC's.
- Any other duties assigned by the Site Manager or their designated representative.

- A High School diploma or equivalent certification.
- Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
- Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
- Applicant must be a US Citizen, possess the ability to secure a US Passport, must have and maintain a valid driver's license from the State in which employed.
- Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance for access to classified information.
