POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Red Peak Technical Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for an Integrated Logistics Specialist IVwill provide logistics support across multiple DoD programs, Automated Vehicle Gates (AVG) and Electronic Harbor Security Systems (EHSS).This position shall provide service to achieve referenced requirements for sustainment services in the area of Logistics while maintaining RMS systems information in enterprise systems in accordance with Department of Homeland Security and United States Coast Guard policies for IT systems in the Operations and Maintenance phase.



  • Assists with a full realm of administrative support services and coordinates with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Accountable for maintaining the project tracking sheet for internal use and customer use
  • Provide technical support involving multiple tasks/projects to include, but not limited to, the following:

    • Support supply system analysis to identify alternate parts when diminishing manufacturing and supply materials support negatively impact availability of spares
    • Must have a thorough knowledge in project management
    • Extensive knowledge of Government major and minor acquisition management
    • Extensive knowledge of logistics support principles
    • Extensive knowledge of fabrication processes, electrical components, and correlation of drawings
    • Extensive experience with procurement of components, materials and supplies
    • Must have thorough knowledge of site requirements and associated equipment required
    • Experience with negotiating supply and rental agreements with vendors
    • Experienced with inventory management systems, E-Qip experience preferred
    • Ensures warehouse supply is stocked Just In Time to minimize storage costs without impact to installation and manufacturing activities




Payrate:$70,000 to $90,000 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Shall have a minimum of five (5) years within the last 7 years of government contracting
  • Must currently hold an Active SECRET Security Clearance
  • Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Extensive knowledge of government acquisition processes
  • Ability to work independently and translate Bill of Materials (BOM) into delivered product on-time
  • Excellent scheduling and project management skills to determine lead times and project schedule
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead procurement processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on excel, power point, word, and project
