Acting as an advocate, the Case Manager promotes cost containment and demonstrates leadership in integrating healthcare providers to ensure a seamless delivery of care. This role focuses on facilitating quality, clinical, and cost-effective outcomes while conducting comprehensive admissions and concurrent reviews of medical records to assess medical necessity, service intensity, and severity of illness. Qualifications Education and Work Experience
Starting April 1 2015. Minimum 5 years work experience post-graduation of an accredited school of nursing and a current state Registered Nurse license.
