Your Role on Our Team:
Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, Office Space, and badge access. Be a key player in space use, mail distribution, and office inventory.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicate with contractors and vendors for regular services

  • Manage Seating

  • Monitor monthly services (Cintas, etc) /ensure POs are received in

  • Oversee cleaning and landscaping maintenance

  • Issue/ Disable badges employee badges

  • Respond to daily employee requests for lost or broken badges

  • Card access system cleanup - removal of termed employees/disabled badges

  • Set up new vendors

  • Issue Facilities/Project-related POs

  • Monitor supplies and reorder when needed

  • Assist with construction and remodel projects/Organize folders, POs, and paperwork

  • Ordering for facilities from Staples, Uline, Grainger, Pinnacle, etc...

  • Scan all facilities documents into the appropriate folders

  • Mail Services

  • Complete projects assigned by Facilities Manager

  • Work with and become familiar with the shipping department to step in and assist the shipping team when needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • High School Diploma

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Ability to Multitask

  • Experience using Office Space or similar seating space planning software

  • Help direct vendors and contractors

  • Self-driven/Never Settle attitude

  • Administrative/Clerical experience preferred Working Conditions:
