POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations: manufacturing, utility services, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, electrical services, and building maintenance. Maintenance Supervisor also provides coaching and Skill development to the Maintenance and Operations teams in loss elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management to sustain a proactive - planned maintenance program. Other responsibilities include training, coaching and assessing mechanics on maintenance & engineering related elements of Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) using TPM as the multi-disciplined approach to establish "Continuous Improvement and Zero Loss" culture, preparing the yearly budget in addition to supervision and regulatory compliance of the environmental program, project installation, modification, or renovation of building and equipment. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISION GIVEN: Provide direct supervision to 1-40 (average 14) hourly employees within assigned area or provide indirect supervision.
Must be able to direct and motivate through influence and leadership. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Reliability, Chemical or another related field) required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of Utilities, Facilities or Production equipment maintenance. CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or Direct experience with Maintenance Planning and/or supervision preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Predictive Maintenance Technologies including (infrared, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc....)
