Job Description: RMI is seeking a Compensation and Talent Analytics Lead to join our People Team! This role will focus on analyzing compensation structures and delivering insights on talent data to support key HR initiatives. Your Impact The Compensation and Talent Analytics Lead will be responsible for ensuring RMI's compensation practices are aligned with our talent strategy. You'll play a key role in analyzing salary structures, conducting market research, and maintaining compensation processes, while also diving into talent analytics to inform workforce planning and employee development initiatives. The Lead is an individual contributor who will report to the Senior Manager for Talent and Performance Management within the People Experience Team. This role works closely with the People Partnership, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations teams, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders to deliver success. Location We are a remote-ready company with team members around the globe. Our beautiful and welcoming offices are available for meetings or focused work, whether you are traveling through or living nearby. Our U.S. offices are in New York City; Washington DC; Oakland, California; Boulder, Colorado, and Basalt, Colorado. We love seeing each other in person! We occasionally gather for shared time together like retreats and learning experiences. Be ready to travel for occasional in-person meetings (and of course, we cover travel costs). Some roles may require more travel, which will be discussed during the hiring process. Compensation RMI compensates based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary for this role is in between $81,900 to $100,942.You would also have an additional 5% bonus target!
