The Senior Corporate Paralegalwill play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the corporate governance documents of a parent company with an extensive network of subsidiaries. This position requires an individual with 10+ years of experience in corporate governance, proficient in managing all aspects of major entity types across various US jurisdictions from formation through maintenance, transferring among holding companies, and dissolution.
