Description: Daily responsibilities include: Operate document/mail equipment to produce high quality output while meeting timing and productivity standards. Utilize appropriate tools, systems and resources to perform necessary tasks. Receive and process work requests from various entry points and formats and adhere to priority levels. Accurate application handling and equipment set up based on job specifications. Correctly transfer of work to the next production step. Track, record, and document manual and automated document/mail jobs processed through various means of input. Log and monitor performance results. Communicate progress, barriers and/or issues to the production lead or management in a timely manner Operating document/mail equipment to produce high quality output while meeting timing and productivity standards. - 60% Track, record, and document manual and automated document/mail jobs processed through various mean of input. Log and monitor performance - 15% Cross train on other equipment, systems, and functions in the department - 10% Resolve basic equipment issues such as machine warning messages, paper jams, and inconsistent quality output.
