This temporary role may be eligible for the following: * Medical, dental & vision * 401(k)/Roth * Insurance (Basic/Supplemental Life & AD&D) * Short and long-term disability * Health & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick\ Leave) Job Description: * Responsible for obtaining referrals from each patients' primary care physician office for all scheduled visits as well as verifying current insurance * Obtains referrals for office visits for all locations. * Coordinate and schedule all incoming referrals * Routinely checks physicians' schedules for any additional add-on appointments requiring referrals * Serves as representative to referring physician offices, insurance carriers and patients * Ability to communicate with billing department as needed * Collaborate with the PSR department to ensure all referrals are facilitated Additional Skills & Qualifications: * min 1 year customer service experience (face-to-face) * Ability to work a multi-line telephone system * High School Diploma required * EMR system experience About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
