Description: Seeking a PM/BA to support various Salesforce COE initiatives and lead 3-4 small to mid-size projects. Really want someone who can handle multiple projects at one time. Might have smaller enhancement projects that they'll need to juggle. 3-4 projects at a time. Organize and lead meetings. Candidate needs to be local to/willing to be hybrid in Cayce, SC. NO EXCEPTIONS. Create a BRD, with an estimate (they can help with that if they don't have SF knowledge), manage communication with the business, work with his team, keep the projects on track and ability to push back to avoid scope creep No specific tooling required and can leverage their own templates should they wish. * Lead both on-boarding and enhancement projects for the DE Salesforce Center of Excellence. Sr Business Systems Analyst will help to ensure that both IT and Salesforce best practices are followed, while working collaboratively across all IT development, infrastructure and business teams. Enterprise Risk Management requirements are met, while working collaboratively with the IT infrastructure team and application architects for application deployment and maintenance. * Identifies opportunities to apply Salesforce technologies to business processes, through research and fact-finding. * Role is established in the Information Technology function. Develops and maintains credibility, and effective working relations, with both user and IT personnel. * Demonstrates to clients an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues, and priorities. * Participates in less complex technical studies to evaluate business requirements, and recommends solutions. * Works with an individual business unit on multiple concurrent project assignments. * Translates business requirements into technical specifications for contract/offshore resources and monitors progress. * What are the top (at least 3 if possible) "must have" skill sets (technical/functional) which are required? 1. Experience leading projects (They use modified waterfall methodology but we can discuss Agile) 2. Able to run multiple projects at once 3. Communicates/Collaborates with business partners and COE * What are the top "nice to have" skill sets? Project Management skills and Salesforce knowledge * What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)? Excellent communicator - this position works with individuals with varying technical abilities and across the footprint including Offshore resources. Top Skills Details: Project management, Business analysis, Requirements gathering, business requirement document, BRD, project estimation, project planning, SDLC methodologies Additional Skills & Qualifications: Need someone who isn't learning on the job and can hit the ground running. Need someone who can push back on requests and not let scope creep. Open to PM or BA.
