* Call center environment - supporting issue resolution for members of Medicaid * Answer incoming calls from providers, members, state agencies - research customer inquiries and document all calls * Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with members on benefit information, claim status * Work in CRM to document all conversations and close tickets * Some members may be disgruntled or upset because they have been declined by Medicaid in the past, so need to be empathetic and professional to work with members through this *Qualifications:* * Min 2 years experience in healthcare call center * Basic knowledge of MS Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook * Quiet work from home environment that follows HIPAA guidelines required (when permitted) About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
