TEKsystems is in need of a desktop support position for one of our clients based out of Northern Kentucky. Will be based in the Ft. Mitchell area. This position will provide desktop support to the remote and onsite staff in and around the NKY area. Some travel will be required and a vehicle is provided. Along with desktop duties which include working on desktops, laptops, tablets, software, copiers, printers and phones, the candidate may be required to assist with routers and network switches as needed. Skills/experience needed: *Excellent customer service and communication skills *Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation *Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow) *Ability to work under pressure *Hardware and software experience *Top Skills Details:* Windows, Outlook, O365, Active Directory, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Troubleshooting, Customer Service, Application Support, Hardware *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Customer service is huge, excellent communication, team player, and someone that is willing to ask for help when needed. Interpersonal and teamworking skills are extremely important.
