Description: - Responsible for servicing and processing financial/administrative transactions during the lifecycle, including policy rewrites, payments, disbursements, and claims supports - Knowledge of company policy/procedures - Serves as point of contact, receives/resolves complex customer services in an accurate or timely manner - Participate in projects which impact the customer experience - Works in a team environment, training will be provided - Perform other duties as assigned Skills: Customer service Client service Call center Data entry Microsoft office Insurance Financial services Outbound calls Pay: $18-$20/hr Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma required 2-3 years of previous call center experience Experience Level: Intermediate Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
